Why Choose Her Continuum?

There’s no starting over here — only continuing, differently.

At Her Health Continuum, we design evidence-based training plans that evolve with you across life stages, keeping you connected to movement as your body and life change.

What Does The Evidence Say?

Our bodies change across life, and so do our training needs. Science shows that what supports strength and cardiovascular health at one stage may not be enough, or even appropriate, at another.

What Women Need at Different Stages of the Continuum — and Why

Adolescence & Young Women

Girls are less active than boys as early as the school yard. Given bone mass and cardiovascular capacity peaks in a woman’s 20s–30s, it is essential that young women are regularly active and feel confident doing so.

85%

of girls aged 11-17 years-old are insufficiently active

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Staying active during pregnancy and postpartum supports both physical and mental wellbeing. Tailored, stage‑specific exercise helps women maintain activity safely and effectively throughout this period.

57%

of women reduce physical activity activity levels when entering menopause.

Perimenopause & Menopause

Declining oestrogen impacts muscle mass, bone density, metabolism and cardiovascular health. Evidence shows that strength training, bone-loading exercises, and high-intensity cardio are key for supporting optimal physical, mental and social wellbeing.

75%

of women don’t return to recommended exercise levels postpartum

Beyond Midlife

Continued exercise is essential for maintaining strength, balance and overall quality of life. It also reduces the risk of fall-related fractures, a leading cause of mortality in older adults. Tailored programs help women stay strong, confident, and socially connected at every age.

60%

of women 65 years + are insufficiently active
