Twelve weeks provides a sufficient window to build strength, improve aerobic fitness and support bone health. True adaptation comes from structure, consistency and progressive overload, all built into your program.

We also review your training history, health, stage of life, and any factors that affect how you move — everything we need to build your personalised program.

Payment: Once-off, due at week 1.

Step 2: Your Individualised Training Plan

After your consultation, you’ll be onboarded onto our app, where you can:

  • Access your 12-week personalised program with tailored sessions for strength, running, or other goals

  • Log sessions, track habits, and monitor progress

  • Submit technique videos for feedback

  • Receive weekly check-ins and on-demand support from Dr Gab

  • Access training tips, educational content and a pre- and post-training nutrition guide from Accredited Practicing Dietitian Bella Murdoc

Complete your sessions at your own pace while enjoying continuous guidance, accountability, and support.

Step 3: Review Consultation

Book a complimentary 30-minute video call with Dr Gab to:

  • Review your progress

  • Refine your program

  • Plan your next training block based on your results and goals

After your 12 week program, continue your progress with a monthly subscription which includes:

  • Program updates and ongoing support

  • Reviews with Dr Gab every 6 weeks

    Payment: Direct debit starts at Week 13.

Inside The App

Your daily dashboard gives you a clear snapshot of the day ahead — including assigned training sessions, daily habits and tasks, plus access to on-demand support when you need it.

A weekly training overview shows everything scheduled for the week, with the flexibility to easily reschedule sessions so your program fits around real life.

Session-by-session guidance lets you view each workout at a glance, with video demonstrations included so you feel confident and prepared before you start.

Built-in tracking allows you to log completed sessions, including weights, sets and reps, so your training volume is recorded and your program can progress week to week.

  • You pay once at the start of your program (week 1) via Stripe. For ongoing monthly training, payment is via direct debit from week 13.

  • Simply select a time that suits you via our booking system. You’ll receive a Google Calendar invite once your booking is confirmed.

  • The program is designed to be completed online, but if you’re local to the Gold Coast, in-person sessions can be arranged — just ask!

  • We meet for the initial consultation (45 mins) and a review consultation in week 11 (30 mins). Weekly check-ins are via the app, and you can reach out anytime with questions.

  • No problem — your program is flexible. You can pause or adjust your schedule as needed, and we’ll adapt your plan when you return. If you miss a week, we will push back your sessions so that you don’t miss any of the program!

  • Your program is tailored to what you have available, whether that’s home-based, minimal equipment or gym access.

  • The program is delivered through EverFit, included in your program at no extra cost. It’s your hub for communication, logging sessions, tracking progress and submitting videos.

  • You can finish at the end of the 12 weeks and use your results and knowledge to train independently, or continue with month-to-month training, including regular check-ins and program updates. Either way, the program sets you up for sustainable, long-term progress.

  • After the 12 weeks, when you move to the monthly subscription, you can opt out at any time by contacting the team.
